Self-Care Activity
I Love, I Think, I am:
This activity is uplifting and helps the participants to interact and feel heard.
I love, I think, I am, is a self care activity where the participants are going to write 5 compliments, words of encouragement, etc., to themselves and will be saying one of those out loud.
To do this self care activity participants will write 5 things they love, think, or like about them, and at the end everyone will share one out loud with the rest of the group. ex: I love soccer, I think I am caring, I am a good friend, etc., until everyone has had their turn.
The goal of the game is to help the participants feel a stronger sense of belonging, acknowledging themselves. This helps them build their self-esteem and confidence. This can be meaningful for individuals who are having a hard time and can create a connection with peers.
